Course Description

During this four part online course, you will learn how to analyze incidents using the Barrier Failure Analysis (BFA) method. You will hone your incident analysis skills through practical, hands-on exercises, related to realistic case studies. 

Both method and software are put into practice as incidents are visualized and lessons learned distilled into concise reports with practicable recommendations.

This course is aimed at HSE specialists, incident investigators and all those interested in controlling their risks.
